Scope: The project consists of 4 main aspects:
1- HLP Compaction Plant:
- The CP is casted by Massive concrete mat foundations with a total concrete quantity around of 11000 m3 and 2000 tonnes of steel reinforcement
- CP steel structure with a composite third floor steel sheet deck to receive heavy equipment’s and machines
- Electromechanical works including CP drainage , oil pits, GRP lines, HDPE lines
2- Warehouse: Consist of a 3500 m2 warehouse to receive the final product
- The civil works include casting over 7000 m3 in foundations, walls and slab on grade for the warehouse.
- Relocation of firefighting pipes and GRP lines
- Installation of steel anchors to receive the steel structure
3- Transportation:
- Consist of re-constructing the roads surrounding the project and constructing new roads around 700 m
